Her film career has seen her nominated for a total of 8 PMPC Star Awards in the Movies category and the two Gawad Urian Award. Curtis was a part of a range of TV shows, including Hiram as well as Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013.) She played Dyesebel, the Komiks character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. The father of the couple had a half sister known as Clare, who passed away in 2007 aged just four months, due to a heart disease.
